By accessing and using kiteschoolfuerteventura.com ("the website", "this site") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Nature of the service

This website is an independent informative directory of kitesurf, wing-foil and watersports schools operating in Fuerteventura, plus a blog of editorial content related to the island, kitesurfing and travel. We do not sell kitesurf lessons, equipment or accommodation directly. For booking conditions, refunds and liability of any service, contact the school or third-party provider directly.

4. Use of the site

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

Use the site in a way that could damage, disable or impair the service.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the server, related systems or networks.
Scrape, mass-download or republish content without prior written permission.
Use automated systems (bots, spiders, scrapers) without explicit authorisation.

5. Intellectual property
